Lignier-Michelot Bourgogne Blanc 'Axelle' 2016 Size::1 Bottle Using the “méthode traditionelle”From 0. 48 hectare of Chardonnay vines planted in 1992 below the village beside his house and winery. Cropped at less than Grand Cru regulations of 35 hl ha and aged in barrel producing around 200 cases each vintage. A rarity and one of the very few whites produced in the top Cote de Nuits villages. A bold and richly textured wine, framed by vibrant acidity.
