Abbey Ridge Brut 2021 Region:Willamette Valley It needs time - forTom Sivilli's Abbey Ridge Brut is a blend of all three traditional Champagne varieties, perfectly balanced and elegantly textured. It smells of lemon curd, sourdough, orange sorbetto, and a hint of allspice. The palate is tight knit, opening with lean apple and lemon fruits, clay earth, with beautifully creamy texture. Almond butter and lemon linger on finish. 3 grams dosage.
