Windowrie No Alc. 'Ruby Sparkling' NV edwards but in whose potential BalestriColor: A vibrant, ruby hue with lively, persistent bubbles. Nose: Lifted aromas of ripe cherries, wild berries and raspberry coulis are complemented by subtle floral notes, creating a fresh and fragrant bouquet. Palate: Bright and refreshing, with generous flavours of juicy red berries, dark cherry and a hint of cranberry. Fine carbonation brings freshness and vibrancy, while a balanced sweetness and crisp acidity deliver a clean, moreish finish.
