60's Blue Satin Rose Printed Party Dress ribbed shoulder to wrist: 20inches (50Vintage 60s little party dress in a striking shade of sapphire blue. Roses are splashed across the backdrop in shades of blue gray, deep midnight blue, white & two shades of green. Full skirt which is lined for stiffness for that "bubble" effect (this lining could easily be removed for a more relaxed feel but we do not like to alter original items for historic reasons).
